Teeth play an important role in digestion. Proper chewing helps to digest quicker & easier in the stomach.

White beautiful teeth make a smile so attractive. White teeth also increase the beauty of the face. Some people have yellow or stained teeth even they brush their teeth regularly. The causes are due to regular consumption of coffee, tea, acidic drinks, acidic foods, smoke, lack of vitamin D, sugary foods, etc...

Tiny holes on the surface of teeth called cavity. Cavities caused by bacteria, creating acid in the mouth. The acid damages the dentin layer underneath the enamel & make a tiny hole. Lack of vitamin D in the diet also one of the reasons for cavities.

Using the right toothbrush and toothpaste makes a great effect on our dental health.
Brushing teeth is so important but in a perfect way. Move the toothbrush gently in a circular motion to remove plaque. The plaque also builds upon the tongue, so while brushing teeth brush the tongue gently. Make a habit to brush at least twice a day. Brushing before bed gets rid of the germs and plaque that accumulate throughout the day. Limit sugary foods & soft drinks to Protect your teeth.

For a good oral health, mouthwashes also very important it reduces the amount of acid in the mouth. So make a habit to wash mouth after eating any food. It helps to wash out some of the sticky and acidic foods in between teeth. Mouth flossing is also important as brushing. Use dental flossers once a day for flossing.




If you have a dental problem you should visit your dentist or make a routine dental check-up every six months.
