Now click My drive placed under the search drive.
Now click Google Docs.

Click on the 'Tools menu', placed on the top of the page.
Then select Voice typing option.

Now you will see a microphone icon box alongside on the page. On the top of the microphone icon, the language selection options are present. So select the language you want to write. Finally, Click on the microphone icon & say anything by the language you selected.
